Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Me and husband are both out of work and have lost our home to forclosure. We are also getting a legal separation. My parents are purchasing a home for me and my childern ( their grandsons) to live in, my husband to maintain family unity will be living there too during the ultimate divorce process. I will be able to pay the utilities. I worry about my parents investment as they are not rich. What do my folks need to do to protect themselfs against any claim by my husband while he is living here until the divorce is final? The home is titled in their names as trustee of their family trust.

Don't worry about your parents' investment.......your husband has no basis for a claim.
