IA question about a security deposit.
I have heard, As a renter, I'm entitled to a refund of my security deposit after living in my appartrment for more than five years, is that true?

Not as far as I know under state law, but you need to check on any local rent control ordinances.

You also might want to check your lease. However, as a general rule the law limits the amount of a deposit but never obliges its return during an ongoing tenancy.
