i was ignorant about signing aquitclaim Deed

me and my soon to be ex-husband were married in 1995 he was the finacial provideder and refused to pay for childcare so i could ferther my education or seek empolyment on 6-02 he told me ihad to sign a quitclaim if i wanted ahome because my creit was to bad since we meet nothing was every put in my name. 10-7-02 he was arrested for molesting my 13 year old babysitter were going thew a divorce ihave t.r.o and am in the home with children can iget out of this quitclaim or nothing

You might be able to have a court void the quitclaim deed on the basis of fraud or undue influence. Do you have a lawyer in the divorce proceeding? If so, ask her. Otherwise, you should consider hiring a lawyer. You have a lot to gain (or lose) by not getting good advice from someone who can look at what's going on in your case. The divorce case will involve a judge at some point looking over the property and bills, assets and debts, you both have, and if you are well represented you have the best chance of getting fair treatment.
