Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I was in a illegal foreclosure and have it already put a lawsuit with the court but court isn't until September and the foreclosure has already been approved by judge for hearing but the people who bought it are investors and the house is already for sale but they have been served papers already in a summons. What happens if they sell it before our court date.

If you have not recorded a lis pendens the new buyers will own the property, most likely free and clear.
