Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

illegal foreclosure

We were victims of a predatory lender and illegal foreclosure. Our loan docs. show several legal discrepencies and with the help of a friend, were prepared to reinstate our loan. However, the lender kept changing the amount required and the week before the trustee sale, kept avoiding our calls. Suddenly, they transferred our file to another company,( after agreeing with HUD to work with people to avoid foreclosing on them ) and the new company immediately foreclosed. We need the foreclosure reversed and given the chance to work out our situation. Help ????????

You've alreafy been foreclosed on, and this is the first time you've attempted to contact a lawyer??!? Any lawyer could have stopped the sale with very little effort. You could try calling a bankruptcy lawyer.
