Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Implied Easement for Ingresss & Egress

What exactly do the words ingress & egress mean when they are used in a judgement for an implied easement in California? If a very large tree is remove, can the owner of the easement also use that area or is the area of ingress & egress limited to that which existed at the time the easement was created?

Re: Implied Easement for Ingresss & Egress

Ingress and egress mean access to and from the property or the right to enter and leave the property. The area of the easement's rights to ingress and egress are those that were defined when the easement was granted.
