Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
As an independent license real estate broker in CA, what are the requirements for E&O insurance? I work by myself part time mostly on properties that I buy and sell for myself, but am considering adding a friend who is an agent who needs a broker.

I don't know, and probably most of the lawyers here wouldn't either, because we are not insurance sales people. Why don't you call an insurance broker who handles E&O coverage for Realtors and broker. If you don't know any please give me a call and I will give you a couple names.
