Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Need some help and information we signed a contract and gave partial deposit and now the Irvine Company is stating that the people that currently live there now withdrew their 30 day notice.
The tenants that live there now give a 30 day notice and now withdrew their notice today 2/6/16. We already had a signed lease, a partial deposit, and a move in date for the 16th. Apparently they can't accommodate me for the same rate for another unit. What are the laws in regards of this?

Sounds to me as though you have a pretty good breach of contract case for money damages that you actually incurred or will incur and can prove, and it also sounds suitable for small-claims court.
