Inspection of a apartment

The apartment that I live in wants to enter my apartment to do an inspection, they will be entering the apartment without me being here. Can they do this, They have no reason except to say that it is routine. The entire complex is asked to do this. I do not want them in my apartment w/o my being here and they say that can enter, is this legal. Thankyou.

Yes, if you are given at least 24 hours' prior notice.
