insufficient mold disclosure?

We sold our house recently. In the transaction disclosure paper we specifically wrote:''Mold was found in the closets and walls in the bathrooms in October 2004 due to leaks inside the wall. Parts were replaced, new wood and new dry wall were installed.'' While buyer's inspector was doing the inspection, we told him about the leak problem in person, yet he said no visible mold was found so he was not going to put this item in his report. Six days after the escrow, buyer found uncleared mold on the wall and told us. My mom told the buyer right away to stay in the hotel at our expenses. We have scheduled for the remediation on June 30, 2004, buyer told us she needs a $13000 check to cover her hotel($2000),medical expenses($5000), legal consultation($2000), job delay for her contractor(2000), she even told us to buy the house back for $22000 more than she paid. The remediation and repair is going to cost us close to $30000, Are we really 100% responsible for what has happened. We need help. Thank for your time.

And you did this all by yourself without legal counsel??? I can't let that why didn't you just signed eight Lang Jack and say here who I had an eight whatever you want. And you did this all without legal counsel??? Don't you think you need to read thee sit down in front of the gas with an attorney who is an expert in real estate law/insurance law and find out what part of no she doesn't understand??? Pay the attorney now or pay him/her a lot more later.
