Interferring with Real Estate Transaction

I have had problems with the tenants below me (Long story) about noise coming from my unit. The noise is simply footsteps and nothing else. We're selling our condo as a result of this. Today, the owner of the unit below called my agend on accident, he thought he was calling the buyer's agent. He was trying to convince the new buyers to put carpet down to minimize the noise from my unit. As result, we will have to disclose all this information to any prospective buyers and most likely have a tougher time selling. I would like to take legal action if possible. There is a lot of history here so if anyone is interested in hearing the story and representing me, please contact me immediately. I'm absolutely desparate and need legal advice. Thanks!

Your legal situation is "tricky" at best, as certain things must always be disclosed to a prospective buyer, especially this private "nuisance" issue if its not blatantly obvious upon inspection. However, you may have other rights herein as well, so you may want to retain legal counsel ASAP to COMPLETELY review your case, and to best advise and/or agrgressively represent your legal interests immediately thereafter.
