invasions of privacy by hoa prsident

Does the owner of a condo in California have any recourse against invasions of privacy, including harassing actions, by a president of an HOA, or do all lawyers just support HOAs?

If you dislike attorneys so much why ask for our opinion?

The president of the HOA has no more rights than anyone else. If they have done the acts you allege, you can sue in small claims court for up to $7,500 in damages. You have not stated any facts so we have no way of knowing how successful you might be.
