Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Landlocked

We were sued for Quiet Title, and

Trespass. A Counter Suit was filed.

a Judge heard the case. A

Surveyor (friends of the Judge) put

pins that did not encompass

the Property according to the

deeds he never saw. He even

states that he is within 2ft of the

Oak Tree referenced,and that was

good enough.

The Judge would not listen to any

other surveyors, or even the

Original Surveyor of how my

property was ''excepted'' years

before any subdividing happened.

The County lost the Maps of the

Road when it was widened.

Showing the 2 page Judgment to

others, They say it is Vague, and

how could a Judge sign it, as it has

me Landlocked, and that the

Neighbors were the Prevailing Party

getting statutory cost, even though

I recieved prescriptive easement for

an exsisting driveway that would

dissappear if I sold. ''I have Road

frontage property with out access''

The Neighbors put a Abstract of

Judgement against my property.

Now I find that the Neighbors did

not have any cost, as their Title

Company paid for suing me.

Exsisting Structures,encroachments

were not shown by

the New surveyor. my front door

leads to no where. Thoughts?
