Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Hi, I am a landlord who has evicted a nonpaying tenant. I was told that the sheriff was coming to lock out the tenant this week. What responsibilty do I have to move and store any belongings that are left in the house? I need to move into the house immediately.
