Landlord is in Foreclosure

My landlord did not inform me that he is in foreclosure. I have lived here for just 2 months. I signed a one year lease. What are my rights in this situation? I have not approached ''landlord'' since the discovery through a realtor friend who gets NOD's on a regular basis.

Any advice on this subject would be appreciated.
