Landlord responsibility

Is the landlord responsible for uncontrollable mold growth caused from improper drying of the premises following water damage from a plumbing problem?

THE LANDLORD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MOLD PROBLEM. THIS COULD BE A SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARD. HAVE YOU OR ANYONE ELSE LIVING IN THE UNIT OR OTHER UNITS, IF A MULTIPLE, DEVELOPED A HEALTH PROBLEM. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN I SUGGEST A MEDICAL CHECK-UP FOR THEM. IS THERE A RENT CONTROL AGENCY IN THE TOWN THAT YOU LIVE? IF SO, CHECK WITH THEM AS TO YOUR RIGHTS.
