Landlord's responsilities
I was notified by my landlord today that
the building I live in (condo-lease) will
be tented for termites Oct 20th -Oct
22nd and that the gas will not be
turned back on until Oct 23rd. Is my
landlord obligated to pay for my
temporary lodging durring this period?

Unless your lease provides otherwise, what you are entitled to is an abatement of rent rather than your cost of alternative lodging. It looks as though you are going to be 'out' for four days, viz. the 20, 21, 22 and 23rd, so your October rent should be reduced by 4/31.
