Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Landlord/Tennent Law
Please help me. During the termite work for a sale, the contractor left a hole in the bathroom large enough for a person to get in. The door can't be locked! I have a key to another unit to use the bathroom and shower but this was only supposed to take a week and I didn't know they were going to leave it in this condition. What do I do? The landlord hung up when I questioned the saftey issue.Short of moving out which I really don't want to do what rights do I have? Thanks
