Lanlord needs help

HeLLO I have a question im a lanlord In Los Angeles Im having problems with my tenets I need to enter property to make some fixing,but they never have time for me to enter property I need some help

You have a right to enter to make necessary repairs. You need to give reasonable notice -- usually 24 hours is enough -- and you have to enter and do the work during normal business hours, 9 to 5. For your own protection, give the notice in writing.
