Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have a large redwood tree about 80 years old planted on my property. The branches extend outward towards a small condo complex next to me. The leaves drop on the ground as well as blow into their rain gutters. Do I have any legal responsibility to clean those leaves or cut branches back?
