without using a lawyer how can I start a Partition action if I am representing myself. How do I file where do I start?? Thx

Go to the law library and find book on forms of pleading and practice and look up Partition actions. Then, once you realize how arcane and technical Partition actions are, and how impossible it is for you even to begin to understand it, call your local bar association and ask for a referral to a qualified attorney.
