Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I was sent a lease for mineral rights in Oklahoma , They want to lease it for $500.00 per acre bonus amount , a three year term and a3/16 roalty. Does that mean I will only get the $500.00 one and any thing after that is roalty.

That's what it sounds like to me, but oil and gas leasing is a legal specialty area, and I suggest you re-ask your question using "Oklahoma" as the applicable law and "oil and gas" or "mineral rights" as the subject area (if LawGuru offers either of these). Alternatively, call the company that sent you the lease proposal and ask them for an explanation.
