Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

legal driveway access

I want to build another house in the back of my property but I need legal driveway access from my one of my neighbor . One neighbore said he would go with me to the city planning office and sine allowing me legal driveway access so I can build a house but only if we can sine another contract of some sort allowing only emergency vehicles to pass through . I have parking in front for another four cars . Please help me fined a solution. Thank you.

You may have a right of way due to necessity. It would require filing suit for an easement and a temporary injunction to prevent your neighbor from refusing access. Contact me directly.
