Is it legal or illegal if I make For Sale by Owner website before permission from owner ?

I am going to pursue the FSBO owners. To make the owner exciting to list with me, I am preparing the website for them before pursuing them without their permission. On the website, it will have the image of the house( I take it by myself), detail of the house ( from title company ) , the owner name and their contact number. Is it legal or not ? Can the home owner sue me from making the FSBO website for them without permission?

From the information given, you are not violating anyone's copyright or other rights. As a practical matter, most FSBOs are hassled to death by real estate agents and others, they are determined to go it alone, and you would probably find it a tough sell.

Are you a licensed real estate agent, supervised by a licensed real estate broker? If you are not, then you need a license before you engage in real estate activities for others.
