Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

legal right of way roads threw private property.

My husband and I recently purchased 50 acres of land in Tuolumne CA. There is a right of way road for the utilities companies and for the owner of the property above us. The owner above has installed amobile home for the purpose of extra income. problem, several signs are posted to drive slow due to children at play. he chooss to ignore the sign and has made threats to kill my son who lives there.this is because my son hollers at him to slow down. this guy is a drug addict and is scary in appearance and we have heard hehas ties with an outlaw motorcycle gang. problem number 2, he is friends with one of our tenants and visits him on our land frequently. can I have a restraining order against him on our land or denie him access to our road? i realize that this will upset my tennant as they are friends, but everytime he is there he sits outside with menancing looks. i have talked with his landloard twice on the matter, he is cooperative as much as he can be and speaks to the man. i really don't want this man on our land. does my tennant have a legal right to have him over?

Re: legal right of way roads threw private property.

The threat to kill your son is an adequate basis for a restraining order keeping him off your land.
