Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Can I legally sell my house which is in my name to my LLC if it is a sole proprietorship formed in California?

I am afraid your post does not make sense. An LLC and a sole proprietorship are two different concepts entirely. You can transfer a home to your LLC, even if you are the sole member of the LLC. But absent more facts, I apologize but it is not possible to answer your question.
