Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I'm a licensed real estate broker in California. I have a client who wants to purchase in Oregon. is it legal for me to write the offer? and if not is there a one time exception? what is the procedure?

You need to repost in Oregon, and not California. What you are basically asking us is whether or not you can practice real estate in Oregon, without a license. My gut instinct is never, but you need attorneys in Oregon answering this question.

My gut instinct is maybe, and that you should contact the California DRE and its Oregon equivalent to see if you can get a quick free and reliable answer. Otherwise, maybe the solution is to work with an Oregon licensee.
