lien judgment

I obtained a judgment through the small claim court with a lien on a property and recorded in June 2000.

Hoe long is this judgment good for and will it expire.

Judgments in California are good for 10 years, but you can file a motion for renewal to extend it another 10 years. In fact, you can file for as many extensions as necessary.
