Lien

Can i put a lien against people that walk away from a property that I loan them money on if they don't owne other property .How can i get my money back now or in the future if they buy an other property.

No. Assuming you do not have a deed of trust, you must sue them, get a judgment, and then you record an abstract of judgment which will constitute a lien on any property in their name. If you have a deed of trust on the property, then you must foreclose under the power of sale in the deed of trust.
