Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
My Listing agent is no longer representing my best interest in a purchase and sale agreement. I declined the way the counter to my counter was written up and my Listing Agent wants to sue me for breach of contract. He never even ask me what the problem was. In addition, after two weeks of being my listing agent, I ask to have them removed and our contract canceled, if the current sale did not come to closing as written.
The broker is also trying to get the Buyers agent on board to sue me for some other issue. They made and offer I countered back with an offer, they said no and sent me another counter to which I said no, so is that not my right?.

If you wish to effectively terminate your listing agreement with your agent, first find out it an agency disclosure was provided with the listing agreement when it was signed.
