Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I live in California, on owned private property, inside a national park. Yet every other day there are rangers sitting across the road from the property waiting for anything they can use to pull us over. Is there a law against this. Like harassment or entrapment or something....This is becoming highly annoying considering we have always been open to them coming onto our property yet now they treat it like their right. Please any advice would be helpful. Thank you!
