Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
We live on a horse property approximately 3.5 acres in Orangevale, CA. My neighbor's property is approximately 8 acres. My neighbor is obssesed with security. He isnstalled cameras all over his property. One of the cameras is overlooking our pool area and another is overlooking our garage and driveway. I
feel like its an invasion of privacy. What are our rights in regard to this issue? Thank you!

Don't waste your money on Bakondi's letter. Any area that is visible to personal observation from outside your property, can be viewed by a camera as well. If you want privacy from cameras, you need to make it private from personal view as well.
