Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I live in a mobile home. I am the registered owner, not the legal owner. I have a notarized contract, using a form from the internet, that states that if I default, the mobile home reverts back to the legal owner. If I move can I be held responsible for the space rent?

I would suppose liability for the space rent depends upon who signed the rental agreement as tenant, not who owns the mobile home parked there.
