Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

We live on a narrow private road with joint easement in California. An adjoining property owner has taken to parking multiple large agricultural containers on the road at the foot of our driveway making it inconvenient to enter and depart from our home. We have spoken to the neighbor, but he is uncooperative and becomes belligerent. What can we do to rectify the situation?

First step is to read the easement. Generally one may not unreasonably overburden an easement to the detriment of the other easement holders. Have a proper attorney review the language and have the attorney attempt a mutual work-out.

An attorney would have to review all of the relevant documents and determine whether or not it would be a good idea to sue the neighbor for interference with easement and for an injunction to stop him or her from blocking your access.
