Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have been living in a house for 7 years. 5 of those witout rent. I have taken care of the property. Now the owner wants to sell. What are my rights? They have told me I have NONE!! Please Help

Talk to a competent real estate attorney to determine what your rights are. You will need to go into more detail, such as whether you were under a lease, or had permission to live there rent free, or were given a life estate in a probate matter, etc.
