Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have a living trust in California and I want to creat quitclaim for 2 of my properties

in Illinoise and Michigan and tranfer them to this trust,can I do that in California if

yes how can I do that.

You do whatever is required to transfer property under the laws of the state in which the property is located. Under every state law I have ever dealt with you can execute the necessary documents her in California, but must use documents that conform to the state in which the property is located and send them to the proper local authorities in that state for recording. Every state I have ever dealt with accepts California notarization when notarization is required, as well.
