if your LLC was form in Nevada on April 17, 2015, but your filed rescission of deed in California on April 10, 2015 before your LLC was formed, is this fraud?

What's the connection between the deed and the LLC? Much more information is needed. This question is like "If I pull the trigger, is it murder?" It might be, but first we need to know if the gun was loaded, if it was pointed at another human being, that the human being was killed, and that there are no defenses such as insanity, self defense, etc. Generally speaking, fraud requires a false act done with an intent to deceive and actual detriment to the victim.
