Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I took out a loan to buy a truck for my daughter's fiance, he and I are both on the registration. They are no longer together and I have asked him many times to please sell the truck and get it out of my name or give it back. He is still making payments. But he keeps putting me off. What can I do

Another option would be that the current loan be refinanced in his name alone. Otherwise, you can hope that he pays the loan payments on time until the loan is paid in full.
