Loan Modification

Hi. Does anyone have a

recommendation for a good real

estate attorney near or in Santa

Clarita, Ca, to help with a loan

modification? Should an attorney

charge all fees upfront for this

service? I am not getting anywhere

with BOA on the phone, really getting

the run around. From what I tell,

according to the Obama Plan, we

should be able to get a modification,

but I am hitting one road block after

the next!

We are not late, nor intend to be, we

don't want to ruin our credit, we just

want to lock in a loan for the actual

value of our condo. We have interest

only and the payment will go up

substantially after 5 years, we are in

the third year presently. Thanks!
