Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Lock my self out
I lock myself out from my apartment. I ask the lardload if she can open the door. She has no keys for any apartment. I had to call a lock smith. Can I get my money back.

No. And calling your landlord a "lardload" may be accurate, but it's a mean thing to say about her.

Lardload? That's a good one! It's a bit surprising she didn't have a key, but in a way reassuring, since if true it means you won't have any unannounced inspections while you're away. But locking yourself out is not a landlord responsibility item.
