How long does a buyer have to store a sellers personal property that is left at a home, after the close of escrow? In this specific contract, the buyer gains occupancy at 5pm on the date of recorded closing ( in Califonia)

If you used a standard CAR sale contract, anything left in the house when title and occupancy is delivered is considered abandoned. Otherwise you have to keep it for a "reasonable time." I know, not much help.
