How long after a complaint is filed, can a plaintiff request discovery information and what is the minute time that he can request to receive it in.

Ten days adter service. Defendant must answer within 30 days if personally served.

The plaintiff must first serve the complaint. Ten days after service on each defendant written discovery can be served on that defendant. Twenty days after service on all defendants the plaintiff can commence depositions.
