If the creditor sues you and obtains a judgment, then almost any property you own is subject to execution, including a home. That being said, most creditors will not take the time or spend the money to execute on a home. The process is very expensive and time consuming and, unless you have a large amount of equity in your home, it would not be worth the time or trouble.
