I gather you are involved in a court case, you have decided to be your own lawyer, and you have discovered you don't know what you are doing.

Your options include:

1. Hire a lawyer.

2. Go to the law library and read all of the books there before the next legal deadline in your case.

3. File a dismissal with the court, and go home.

Actually, I think you already posted to Avvo about where to buy short sales. Attorneys can't give you that information - we represent clients with respect to legal matters. You need a real estate agent to help you find short sales. Good luck.
