Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

U.S. Mail Laws and Regulations:

If I moved to a new address but a couple of my relatives mailed packages to my previous address. When I went to my old address to pick them up from the new tennants, they pretended that they didnt have the packages, but I suspect they sold it for money. When we checked on the package status it said they were delivered. Is there a law that prevents other people from taking packages in my name. And how do I go about about rectifying the situation?

Talk to the postal station manager where the old property is located. It might be a federal crime to open another's mail, let alone to steal it.
