Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

This matter happened in city of Davis, CA

NorCal Tow Co damaged my car (Honda Civic 1999 2dr) while my car towed.

Later, Davis Traffic Court reversed fines because PD towed vehicle illegally and I reimburse me in full amount of towing and storage.

However, my car was damaged by towing company

I have a Police inspections form stated there no damages in the car.

Owner towing co refused to discuss this matter.

Estimate given to me by three different shops in my area(I live in 94903 code and primary car driver is my son who is US Davis student) between $3800 to 4900.

I also consider to add to repair cost car rental fees for two weeks, my time and stress

I can use a small court, but the best solution file a claim with towing co insurance

How I can get towing co insurance information ?

Just sue them.

You can't get to the towing company's insurance unless the towing company makes the claim. They won't make the claim unless they are sued. A far more effective way to deal with this is to make a claim on YOUR insurance. Your insurance company will then go after their insurance company for reimbursement.

You would have to sue, unless you make a claim on your insurance, as Mr. McCormick points out. In that situation, your insurance company pays you for the damage, and tries to go after the towing company's insurer through what is known as inter-insurer arbitration.
