Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Went to a meeting and the consultant for developer said he worked with our builder and that it was know that the land use was going to be high density. However builder didn’t disclose this to my knowledge. Now they want to build a high rise impacting all the occupants in our complex. Are there any class actions that can be filed agst original builder and city?
