I'm in the middle of a 25 year divorce and have medical problems can I by law leave my half of interest in our home to my children. Thank you

It depends on how you want to leave it to them. You cannot put your interest in a trust or otherwise change title to the house. You can make a will, and if you die before the divorce is over, your children can claim what you would be entitled to in the divorce. If that includes the house, they get it.
