Blm is trying to take my 2.5 acre mining claim away..I have 3,2.5 acres they say the parcel is to small..What is the least legal acreage for a placer mining claim in caliornia?

You should consult with an attorney regarding all aspects of mining claims if you intend to be in that business. Otherwise, you'll keep losing your claims. You need an attorney in that business.
