Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Misrepresenting School District

Bought house ML listed and represented by both seller/buyer real estate agents as in specific school district. At registration, was told not in school district. Have written docs expressly representing; would not look at any homes outside district; family paid more and now devastated. What is my legal recourse?

You may have a claim against the real estate company and seller. Everything really depends on the written contract and disclosures. If you fax me the documentation to 714 363 0229, I will provide you with free consultation. Also, how much more do you have to pay a year for the out the area school?

For obvious reasons some very popular districts won't or can't participate, but it may be worth inquiring.
